§ 75.126. Application must list all programs to which it is submitted.

If an applicant is submitting an application for the same project under more than one Federal program, the applicant shall list these programs in its application. The Secretary uses this information to avoid duplicate grants for the same project. (Authority: 20 U.S.C. 1221e-3 and 3474)
